First things first, what is Converge?
The Converge Platform is a comprehensive, enterprise software solution covering Patient and Employee Safety, Organizational Compliance and Practitioner Management. With Converge, hospital systems have a cross-functional, proactive surveillance tool that is always on. Highlighting issues and supporting a rapid response to any and all events.
How do I access Converge?
We have two types of users. Users managed in Converge will receive a welcome email to activate their account. (Please note this welcome email will expire 24 hours after being sent.) Users managed by active directory or single-sign-on will access Converge via their network credentials to login.

Where can I learn more?
There are two main avenues for training!
Start with Converge Academy, free online training sessions that cover everything you can do in Converge. There are live sessions held periodically where you can interact with our technical trainer. The sessions are also recorded so you can watch anytime on-demand.
Use our help center to search our knowledge base for articles that contain step by step instructions on everything you can do in Converge. The help center can be accessed by hovering over your name in Converge and clicking Help. We also have a web widget you can use to view the help articles without leaving Converge!
