Welcome to Converge! This article will contain the steps required to activate your account after receiving the welcome email.
Please follow these steps to login to Converge the first time using an account activation email:

Please follow these steps to login to Converge the first time and the link in the welcome email has expired:
- Go to the login page (https://vs1.verge-solutions.com)
- Click Activate your account
- Enter your email address and username (usernames will vary by client but most are email address or the first part of your email address prior to the @ symbol)
- Click Submit
- New activation email sent
- Follow the steps above
For assistance or you do not know your username, please email convergesupport@vergehealth.com.
| Note: If you are an Active Directory or Single Sign On client, you will use a custom URL that contains your organization's name (https://orgname.verge-solutions.com) and there will be no option to activate your account. Your Converge username and password will match your network username and password. Please contact your organization's help desk for assistance with your username and/or password. |
