Please follow the steps below if you do not remember your password to Converge. You will need to know your username and email address to complete this process. If you do not know your username, please email us at convergesupport@vergehealth.com and we will assist.
| Note: If you are a Single-Sign-On or Active Directory client, you will use a custom URL that contains your organization's name (https://orgname.verge-solutions.com or https://app.vergehealth.com/authentication/signin?realm=orgname) and there will be no option to reset your password. Your Converge username and password will match your network username and password. Please contact your organization's help desk for assistance with your username and/or password. |
- Go to https://app.vergehealth.com
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your username and email address (if you do not know your username, click the Back button and use the Contact Verge Support link to request this information from our support team)
- Click Submit
- Reset Password
- Enter new password
- Confirm new password
- Answer security question #1
- Answer security question #2
- Click Submit
If you do not remember the answers to your security questions, use the click here link. This will send you a new activation email you can use to login.
