Credentialing Practitioner - Activate Account

Welcome to Verge Health Credentialing!  This article will contain the steps required to activate your account so that you may complete your credentialing application. 

Please follow these steps to login to Converge Credentialing the first time.:

1. From the Login Page, click the 'New Users - Activate Account Here' link

2. Enter DOB and last four digits of SSN and click 'Submit'

3. Retrieve email from [e-mail] and follow instructions to click "here" to activate account. NOTE: This registration link is only good for 24 hours

5. Once back on Login Page, create a Username and Password and review and agree to the terms & conditions of your account. NOTE: Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain a minimum of 3 of the following:

• 1 lowercase

• 1 uppercase

• 1 number

• 1 special character

6. Next - Choose & answer two security questions and click 'Submit'

7. Re-enter username and password to access your application.
