The My Account page allows users to customize various aspects of their Converge account. These include changing your time zone, changing your password and security questions, and adjusting notification settings. You can also change your homepage, which will determine where you land upon logging in to Converge.

The time zone that you select here will be the defaulted time zone for all data entry.
Please follow these steps to change your time zone:
- Mouse over your name
- Click My account
- Click General information
- Select default time zone
- Click Save
If you are logged into Converge and would like to update your password, please follow the steps below. If you are unable to login to Converge and need to reset your password, please view our Forgot your password article.
- Mouse over your name
- Click My account
- Click Password and Security
- Update current password
- Enter current password
- Enter new password
- Confirm new password
- Click Save
When you attempt to reset your password, the system will ask for your security questions and answers. If you need to update the questions and/or answers, please follow the steps below.
- Mouse over your name
- Click My account
- Click Password and Security
- Update security questions
- Select new question #1
- Add answer #1
- Select new question #2
- Add answer #2
- Click Save
There are two options available on how you manage the notices in your account:
- Automatically archive expired tasks - Checking this option will remove the task from your active list as another user has already completed the task. The notice will still be available in the archive section. This option is defaulted as checked for new users.
- Show warning message for incomplete tasks - Checking this option will display a incomplete task warning message when closing the notice without completing the task. This option is defaulted as checked for new users.
Please follow these steps to update your notice settings:
- Mouse over your name
- Click My account
- Click Notice settings
- Check or uncheck desired settings
Notice flags can be used to organize your notices. This allows you to flag certain notices and put a brief message next to them. You can use one of the pre-defined flag sets or use the custom option to define and name your own flags. Please follow these steps below to choose your flags.
- Mouse over your name
- Click My account
- Click Notice settings
- Select desired flag option
- Click Save
The selected flag option will now appear when flagging a notice for follow-up.
You can set your Converge home page to almost anything you want. This allows you to choose what you page you will land on upon logging in. Please follow these steps to customize your home page:
- Click on the tab that you would like to set as your home page
- Mouse over your name
- Click Set home page
The next time you login to Converge, you will be taken directly to the new tab you selected.
Any tab can be selected for the new home page. Also some sub-tab option for the Solutions tab (My Bookmarks, My Notices) and Content tab (Projects, Audits, Cases, Entries etc.) can be selected for your Home Page. The Home Icon can also be used to navigate back to your home page while you are working in Converge.
Tip - Bookmark frequently used items and set Solutions - My Bookmarks as your home page to save time and clicks!
